General practice is in a difficult time when you think about the shift from clinical commissioning groups into integrated care systems. The system doesn't like LMCs, particularly because they see them as a trade union and rather than someone that they can have a constructive dialogue with. So how do you kind of harness the skills and expertise and knowledge you've got in the LMC alongside that with PCN's? And I don't buy into this idea that PCNs are an NHS England construct. I think PCNs are membership organizations of that group of practices working as part of the GP contract.
