We're on a big scale aren't we? I've been quite taken by Timothy Merton's work. One of his big things is to try and deconstruct the human being. So this whole world of microbes and all sorts of things. It's so interesting I'm always coming back to this image of a buddhist sitting under a tree. When we see a big tree, all trees but particularly we see like a big oak tree or something. In the Buddha takes its place under that tree. The tree itself is an explanation of the Dharma, the Buddhist teachings. in the symbolically it breaks down the dualism between form and formlessness. We're just not what we think
