When we meditate our mind rest our body follows. We release chemicals into our physiology that are good for us and so meditation was doing that for me. At some point alcohol was swapped out by meditation and that comment was a real moment for me. I'd haven't really felt like having to drink for now a week what can I do to be proactive about not being around that? And then eventually sort of in a great big blazer glory go back into having a glass of wine or something or maybe it's more than that. Well one way if we are in a place in our conscious cinema which whereby we're so close to the screen that you know the movie of our life is distorted
