How to Balance Profitability and Growth
I think having a clear vision at the very start of a company is critical. Shifting gears halfway, you've gone to middle level and now you're like, oh, let me go back to something else. I rather have that you have a clear path up front and then only pivot or change only when it's absolutely necessary as opposed to seeing a debt come from some famous Silicon Valley company saying 'now we must shift everybody to this'
