How to Evaluate a Potential Acquisition at Chiang Mark

Everyone comes through sort of the Portland office as a first step. And then once they're in the program, they've been accepted and they're now in an operating role somewhere or with Chiang Mark directly. So there's not a lot of like prescriptive evaluation that we're doing. I mean, we're just spending time with them. We're all together. We see things. It's quite obvious very, very quickly that someone has the goods to be a very effective contributor to the team.
