i thought last year would have been a better year for active given how much secto rotation there was, and how little contribution came from like amazon. Thething happens allot with those mandates is the things you would need to do to win are not necessarily what you've told your investors you're going to do sommon. And if you fail, it's one thing to lose money, but if you lose money in mandate, nobody's that mad. If you lose money out of mandate, you're fired. I don't think a black box s it doesn't really work.
