I'm really glad i've had this experience on the front bench. Working for david lammy was like a master class. What i've just described is what most people in their jobs do every week to get better. They'll set themselves targets and improve themselves. The only difference is that in politics, nobody's there guiding you or telling you which way to go. I give my job 100%. If if i couldn't give my job a hundred per cent, i wouldn't do it. And i know the things i need to do better, and i'm really focused doing that.
