"I start to enter into a depression. I'm filled with riddled with anxiety, the relationship that I wasn't but wasn't in ended," she says. "If I can just get through this bowl of ice cream, then I'll be okay." She recalls researching ways to kill herself on the internet and being jealous of celebrities who had taken their lives.
