The Importance of Accountability in the Public Sector

I'm curious what you've taken away from obviously two of the most important roll-outs of things that impacted people's health over the last decade. I mean, obviously healthcare.gov and kind of giving folks easier access to vaccines, hugely impactful ended up working out but we're pretty bumpy at the beginning, both of them. And like do you think we can do a better job of actually delivering science communication to the masses? Let me talk about the communication thing because I think we really screwed that up.
