I think one of the things that's really fascinating about this work, your work is the motivational aspect. And why don't you speak to social motivation? Because I look at myself, I was very motivated by, you know, I didn't want to be on the script that everyone else was on. But once we look here at motivation as something that teachers are able to instill in their students then I think that change is a little bit how we look on education and similarly if we can convince students that they actually if they are able not to find the right kind of training that actually will help them improveThat will give them motivation and confidence that they can actually succeed.
