The Dow's Nine Day Wind Streak

The Dow is higher when it has a nine-day wind streak, 85% of the time. The last nine times we had a nine day wind streak goes back to the late 80s. One year later, Dow was higher every time. I think this blast of strength that we're seeing in the Dow, I think is meaningful. We are still positive on tech, but I think it's due for a breather because expectations have got high.
