Netflix fired one out of every three employees and really cut the company down. This was pitched as being a good thing, but I don't think it's a good thing. The way that it ends, that doesn't make sense to me the whole story because she talks about firing as this thing and everyone understands it. But then she got fired and seems to be really affected by it.
