Early Integration Planning - What Are the Challenges?
A lot of things that tend to make it more difficult to really do the part to create the most value, which is basically the early integration planning. There were strict antitrust requirements at play in addition to normal M&A confidentiality practices. Because we're a competitor, if I find out everything about how they built their product and then the deal doesn't close for some reason, then I know all their secrets. And so for those three months, we spent a lot of time thinking about what do we need the selling organization to maintain throughout transition.
