The Government Accountability Office's Report on the Army and Marine Corps
Close to four thousand accidents the army and marine corps. resulting in a hundred 23 deaths, nearly two thirds of which involved roll overs. Most occurred in daylight on regular roads, even in parking lots. The g a o concluded there was often improper supervision,. drivers were poorly trained and vehicles inadequately inspected.
