Keeping Berkshire's Culture

The chances of us going off the rails in terms of culture are really very, very, very slight regardless of whether there's a non-executive Chairman or not. So I think to some extent we don't have a lot of competition on it so it becomes very identifiable and it works. It trusts out people that really aren't in tune with it and there are very few of them and it embraces those who enjoy and appreciate it.
