The Importance of Chest Calm

I don't know how I feel about it yet but it's just part of the thing you gotta kind of do it. It was a great time in the playing hall everyone had a mask on and felt good to be with another person quote post COVID little did we know that was just a very momentary bubble where it felt like maybe we were on the other side but we were wrong there probably won't be such a thing as post COVID was right but that's a whole nother podcast  that I do tune in for our COVID podcast all right.
