How to Configure a Data Capture Contract in Kafka

Change data capture and where does the actual contract checking happen? Does it happen inside of Kafka or somehow on the CD during CDC before data gets put into BigQuery. And then what happens if the data is not compliant, for example, with the contract expectations? Yeah, so as I mentioned, um, we try and do it on the infrastructure level. We're trying to move to some different route of pop playing the data where it's more explicit.
