The first rule of non evasive support is probably that there aren't any unbreakable rulls here. As long as the patient's doing ok clinically, i think that's the most important thing. Just examine your patients. If you're really paying a lot of attention to the patient and treating the underlying disease process, i think, you know, ultimately, you'll end up doing pretty well.
