The Root of All That We Don't Want to Be

Within within a traditional or orthodox christian theology, pride really is the root of everything that we would consider the antithesis of the life. And so in some respects, pride is a perfect place to start in this list. Within within christian community, te the peace that keeps showing up for me around pride in the spiritual work that i do, for myself and with my clients, my students, is the the pride that creates identity. But Pride has has come to mean so many things that it was never intended to mean.
