Vladimer putten made the decision to start a massive war against his neighbour. The relationship between russia and ukraine goes back nearly a thousand years. Putten's russia traces its origins back to kiven rus, where orthodoxywas first adopted in t sort of eastern slavic lands. This isn't a far away place, m with a different history and a different culture. And so i thinktht the existence of an end is another factor in this conflict.
