It's just it's you remember this other ladies like I just wanted to find a diet where I could lose weight eating all the foods that I enjoy. Once you can do it for a little bit and you start to sleep better and you have more energy you're like fuck this feels good. I want to keep doing this. Yeah and you also remind me too that there's so much there are so many lies about what the body needs or what the body doesn't need. There might be a lot to unlearn there because it does sound crazy when I first started learning about pro metabolic eat I'm like that is insane.
