I think there were like two sort of groups of people who were having similar experiences, but from opposing polls. We didn't have a lot of structures in place at the time for helping people learn how to do things No, and so slack was a very challenging place to put yourself out there if you weren't certain. And that created weirdness where people would either like posture or argue or just hide you a lot Yeah, exactly Then just is a really weird vibe for your workspace in hindsight It's sort of interesting to me that it was able to turn into the skid Mmm cuz I feel like we and you in particular and others like did some pretty Specific things to try to move
