Asynchronous Governance in Murmur
In this remote first super distributed, super global world, I have seen certain teams choose to make one or more of these an asynchronous activity. So it's like go do the thing in parable and upvote it and decide which topics you're going to discuss. Do all of that stuff asynchronously. Then the 30 or 60 minutes you spend can just be digging into the thing. And I think same with murmur. It's like one of the emojis in murmur that I find useful is like we need to talk about this. Like parable or using a mural board or whatever you want to use is a really great way to make the conversation time a little more efficient
