The belief in what you're doing is something that without like formal, sort of reminders or venues to drive that mission can be forgotten. So I think the critical here is to have every program team come up with their own plan of how to develop the struck and then ownership. And then, then it's my role and what calls role is to challenge the assumptions, right? The team comes up with, this is the plan and here's why this is a plan. By doing so, everybody's bought into what, what we're doing and why we're doing.
