The Problem With Top-Down Causation

There's a sense that somehow the relational dynamical are not real. They're every bit as real as the primary properties, right? The problem that everybody complained about top-down causation is not possible because it would violate physical closure and it would violate the conservation of energy. But if it operates as constraining dynamics, you're not violating physical closure or constrain or conservation. So there's nothing magical about it, but it's not efficient causeality. Think of it as a physical zer. Then of course it's magic.
