Word of mouth is the only one that is quadratic. So if i put a dollar in advertising an, i get ten dollars back. Then i get then i put a hundred dollars in, i get a thousand dolars back. Same thing with outbound. If we make the product good enough, and that person gives it to two, two give to four, four give to eight, and then it multiplies. It's quadratic, right? And so when i look at the people who make the most money, they spend all their time, or disproportioned amout of their time, truly getting product market fit.
