The Last Generation in China

In 1980, China descended into chaos. All the schools were closed. 99% of my peers never went back to school after the cultural revolution started. For 10 years, there was no schooling. And after that, 99% of the people were not equipped to go back to school. They never studied. So my generation is truly a lost generation. In China today, the college age students, 50% go to college. At that time, 3 out of 1,000 eventually got college degree. That is my generation.
