Is it possible for eight billion people to eat like that? That's the trillion dollar question. And i think about it a lot, and i think that it's hard. We hit this inflection point in the sixties seventies where we could not feed that many people with high cali nutrition. So yes, we fed them with calories, but it wasn't enough good nutrition to feed the world. The only way we can have a future is regenerative agriculture. Growing plants and animals together, using methods to improve soil health and soil quality. It actually sequesters carbon in the soil.
