Is There Real Faith in Communism?
In the 1920s, 1930s, prior to Stalin, in late later, Stalin, the church was really heavily persecuted. So how do we reconcile that kind of attitude of communism with these former KGB agents who are now so high up in the church? Is it just pure Machiavellianism on their part? Or is there real true faith there, do you think? I think it's for power and I think they see that Putin was, you know, like it was beneficial to them to align with Putin because they can promote the church.
