I think the biggest takeaway is that everyone should be lifting. You can get great gains on a very basic minimalistic type of routine, but you need to kind of go up exponentially to optimize your genetic potential. So it requires exponential effort to really continue to push towards your closer and closer to your quote unquote genetic ceiling. Michael Jordan said his goal was to get by the time he's 70 to get as much muscle as he can because then it's really hard to hold on to it. I'm turning 61 tomorrow, and I actually went to the gym today in Copenhagen, and I've only been here for a few days. Thanks again. Check out the other podcast.
