The Senate Is a Majoritarian Body

The house has always been a majoritarian body right I worked in the senate for 14 years and when it wasn't when we had a couple leaders it's been a bipartisan project both Trent Lott and Harry Reid were house members who got to the senate and liked the house better. Now we have a senate that at least versus 20 years ago it was more like house it's more like the house but the house started it yes because what Newt wanted to do was he wanted to have a parliamentary system.
