For years this has essentially been a two-party kind of election, but this time there is a spoiler. There have also been attempts to make the election a bit better organized and more transparent with the electronic verification of voters. And then you've got a wildcard who's been thrown into the mix, Peter Obie. He's running for the Labour Party, it's a tiny party that most people didn't know of before this election cycle. But I had a lot of support for him at my polling unit in Lagos when votes started to be counted.
