A Sleep Routine Is Essential for Anti-Aging

Morning routine is extremely important from a stress and hormonal management point of view. We love first morning light exposure, so in that first hour to get outside and actually allow our eyes to sort of have natural light on them. As light goes down and our temperature cools, our body goes, you know what, I'll start getting ready for sleep. It starts to make melatonin, which helps enable us into deep sleep - some people take it to help with flights but your body should naturally produce it.
