Is the Government Really Getting the Best Talent?

Companies that are story can also get the best taet talent. I think there's an increasing awareness that's growing certainly inside of congress. But i do think that, like we as the technology community and andri for our specific p purposes, we're on the hook for informing the legislature a what it is that we're doing. If you pick up enough papers, if you pick up the new york times, there's this narrative that companies don't want to work with washington. Everyone kind of remembers the project where a number of engineers walked out because they didn't want to work on defense projects. And so  the opposite is actually true - people in this room have seen
