"I paid myself $20 an hour for working on Grubhub. I found out actually that setting up networks and networks for people's small offices work," he says. "It made me start charging ever more, ever higher rates for the things I was doing not related to Grubhub" He now makes about $4,000 a month with his subscription service. 'If you don't have that kind of written out, so to speak, like with actual numbers is very difficult'
