Is Distributed Information Processing the Answer to Climate Change?

I think that's what really irks me about the federal government here in the United States. You have a bunch of parasites in DC trying to make decisions for people in the middle of Wyoming. They're literally thousands of miles away from the information that is pertinent to the decisions that need to be made on the ground in Wyoming. And similarly, with Brexit and Brussels, the literal distance between the source of information and the people making decisions there just doesn't computeFrom an information system perspective. If we were to understore the energy markets and simply allow people to choose energy sources that serve their needs, you would see a straightforward graph. The price signals would encourage it.
