Introduction
Dubai announced in 2003 that they were creating a series of man-made archipelagos. The first would be the Palm Islands, shaped like palm trees. The second would be called the world, and it was going to be a group of 300 islands forming like a map of the entire world itself. And thirdly, the universe would be a recreation of the constellations. If this really is a grand success, why aren't all the islands open to the public?
