What Is the Difference Between Mood and Affect?
I only describe the range of traffic and whether it is congruent with what you are seeing or how the patient is presented. I don't use blunting because I was taught that blunting is not a range. It is a quality of the app and blunting. Mood is the inner feelings of the patient, which is described to you by the patient and which you think is going on.
