How Do You Write a Therapy Story?

i'm curious how you decided what was most important to include, so that readers could really, like, dig into these stories and edit or rewrite them in the most beneficial ways. I think it's so much easier to let down our defences if we can see some one else do something first, and then realize, oh, and i can do that too. Feeling like we have a problem, feeling like something's wrong with us, feeling like we're one in this or, you know, we're broken in some way. And when we talk about change,  we give upsomething familiar - even if its maladaptive -- which is not making life better for people who are stuck
