Is There a Propensity for Violence in Sports?
Is there a propensity for violence in americans that we don't see elsewhere? Does mma act as a release valve for frustration and anger generated by the realities of life under capitalism Or is there just something about America that makes us particularly bloodthirsty. I would say my thinking on this has changed over time. It goes more towards sports in general Uh, but specifically Football and I would say that Violence in some ways is like for American's to be imitating their parents. But it's also a much more violent country Right than a lot of other places certainly a much higher murder rate.
