The Importance of Familiarity

"I think they can be great for a lot of things that are sort of the stuff that like you just need something right then and there," he said. "For stuff like that where it's things that I'm kind of right there in the thick of your life they are also right there inThe dark." He says his familiar helped him find an answer to another issue, even though he had already looked at email with no response. But when he checked his email one more time before making a phone call about it after talking to his familiar  he found what he needed.
