Mindfulness as a Tool to Use in Daily Life

When I understood karma it was the sort of biggest realization for me because then there was no one to blame not yourself or no one externally. You can then settle down to look internally at really whatever problems you perceive you have and that's where I went with this. Finding mindfulness as a tool to use in daily life and using it in daily life is what I try and put across to the guys when I'm teaching. It's like being mindful when emotions come thoughts emotions sensations when these things come then you become fully aware and the world awareness is isI tend to use the word awareness rather than mindfulness simply because I like it better than my phone.
