The Importance of Subjectivity in the Holocaust

In Roger Hallam's recent trial for conspiracy to cause criminal damage, in which he was again found not guilty, the judge summarised the evidence for the jury but omitted mentioning Roger's key defence - that the prospect of human extinction due to carbon emissions, constitutes an infinite crime and therefore must justify any finite harm intending to stop this obscenity. Did he forget to put it in - or could he not hear it? In this podcast Roger shows how "doing good" in the system in the present context of total emergency results in even greater suffering and injustice.
