In Sweden, no one can operate a brothel or rent an apartment. Sex workers cannot co-habit with a partner since their partner is likely to share part of any income derived from sex work. All you have to prove is that they're engaged in sex work because of age of consent laws. But what's interesting is for people under 18, you don't have to prove anything.
