How to Be a Good Bishop

Priests often will be like asked about who do you think might be a good bishop in your diocese. They'll get letters from the Nuncio office because maybe the bishops recommended your name for consultation or something like this and you're bound by the Pontifical Seal which means you're not allowed to tell anybody that you got a letter.
