There are lots of different kinds of multiverse, but one of them is called the inflationary multiverse. The laws of nature in each bubble possibly being different. We have no evidence that they change in the patch of the universe we can see. So it's possible tha different universes have different and emergent laws. But how much room do you have to just make stuff up? We don't know. And that wauls seen as a really disappoints me. I love y hell.
