Do Animals Have an After Life?

The idea that animals don't have an after life has been a popular one in christian theology. But there are other forms of evidence, including reports of animal apparitions. And around a fifth of people who have had a near death experience report seeing animals in the after life. So i think people need to be more open to the idea of animals having an after life than they often have been. In other words, i think the possibility of an animal after life is a live one. Pun intended.
