The Conflict Between Omniscience and Omnipotence
Dawkins tries to pit omniscience and omnipotence against each other. He says God must already know how he is going to intervene, but that means he can't change his mind about his intervention. That's not the way for Aquinas how God knows the world: by observation or looking into a crystal ball. For quite as that's how God knows of the world; he knows himself as cause of the world. And so if you're thinking in terms of William Paley, then you think of the world like the watchmaker who watches over it all.
