How to Breathe

Breathing is very important if it's your anchor or not. So naturally, just breathe. Acknowledge that you are grounded. What do you feel? Are you supported? Do you feel safe? Does this help with becoming comfortable and relaxed? Now we're going to breathe. One, two, three, four. Hold for two. Out for five. The reason why you want to breathe out more than in is because it helps you to relax.
