Boris Johnson's Witch Hunt for Revenge for Brexit

Boris Johnson 'tapping into some quite dangerous forces', says David Cameron. MPs have been targeted, sadly in two cases, losing their life - but there are other examples on a daily basis of MPs receiving threats that have to report to police. I wonder what can or will happen to Boris Johnson now? He's resigned as the MP for experts. There is going to be a by-election off he goes. To what extent is there any accountability once that has happened?
